Here is the process to return an item: you have 14 days after delivery to inform us of the request for your return by completing this form.

Item must be returned in the same conditions as we sent it: intact original box, no missing accessories, never worn. 

After acceptance of your return by our teams, we will issue a credit valid for 6 months on our entire catalog. 

No refunds will be issued unless we make a mistake: wrong item or wrong size. 

Items purchased on promotion, sales or with a reduction code will not be returned or exchanged. 

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we advise you to return your order via your local post office with insurance
